Evaluating your organisation’s advocacy: case study

The International Cocoa Initiative (ICI) commissioned CLC Consultant to evaluate ICI’s influencing work between 2015 and 2020. Based on desk research, an online survey of ICI members and partners, and interviews with other stakeholders from the cocoa sector, it analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation’s influencing and technical advocacy and includes recommendations of how to strengthen work in this area.
